Group Exercise Class - Length & Strength

   Length & Strength is inspired by movements from Barre, Pilates, and Yoga! This low-impact class is for anyone looking to switch up their weekly routine. You can expect to see movements like down dog, planks, warriors, and much more combined in non-stop sequences that will stretch and strengthen the whole body. Open to all levels. Participants must bring own equipment (ie. workout/yoga mat).
   All outdoor classes are open to students currently enrolled in Spring 2021. To reserve your spot, register your account with IMLeagues using your American University email address. Reservations open at 8am, 7 days in advance.
