Catalysts are College of Arts and Sciences students who assist the Undergraduate Advising Office at recruitment events and programs for the College and AU by speaking with prospective students and their families. They work closely with the CAS Academic Counselors and the Assistant Director of Recruitment to engage prospective students on a peer level and provide a student perspective at College of Arts and Sciences recruitment activities. In preparation for work with prospective students, catalysts will receive extensive leadership training to enhance and expand their current leadership skills.
