- Farah Tasneem is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at American University and a Short-Term Consultant at the World Bank Education South Asia Region (SAR). She is an applied microeconomist focusing on international development, education, and gender. Her current research focuses on understanding and evaluating policies that impact education, female empowerment, and intimate partner violence in developing countries to inform equitable policymaking.
