Ludwig van Beethoven: "Choral" Fantasy in C Minor, Op. 80
Yuliya Gorenman, piano
Richard Wagner: Prelude to Tristan and Isolde
Arvo Pärt: Te Deum

The AU Chorus, Symphony Orchestra, guest soloists, and our celebrated faculty member Yuliya Gorenman join forces to present a program of works that each challenged the boundaries and expectations of their own time, creating new directions for musical language and others to follow. Join us for Beethoven's grand Romantic Fantasy, the revolutionary Prelude by Wagner, and a contemporary masterwork by celebrated Estonian composer Arvo Pärt.
