Writer Linda Daly presents "The Problem and Pleasures of Writing from Life"

Join us for a reading by American University alumna Linda Daly (CAS/BA '90), author of The Last Pilgrimage: My Mother's Life and Our Journey to Saying Goodbye, which actor and writer Jamie Lee Curtis has described as "a gorgeous love story and spiritual travelogue wrapped in a wonderfully written, funny and fantastic memoir." A panel discussion follows, with nonfiction writers Linda Daly, Glen Finland, Richard McCann, and Rachel Louise Snyder; moderated by Stephanie Grant. The event is cosponsored by the Visiting Writers Series and Bishop McCabe Lectures.
