PaperThin's CommonSpot is the University’s content management system (CMS), which provides campus web publishers with a method of publishing web content on www.american.edu. The system presents content owners with an editing interface within a web browser window to create and modify web pages. The system includes multiple load-balanced read only servers and one authoring server.
