Verification documents must be submitted one of several ways:

1) faxed to 202-885-6064,
2) scanned and emailed to financialaiddocuments@american.edu
3) or mailed to the Financial Aid Office (4400 Massachusetts Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20016 attn Financial Aid)

Don't forget to:

· Sign and date all documents and
· Include your AU Student Identification Number

This will assure the proper coding and processing of the documents. You
will be contacted if additional information is needed. You may also monitor
your status online and confirm the receipt of documents
at https://myau.american.edu in the MyDocs section of
