From March 1 - March 31, find balance in your healthy habits with our calendar challenge, Days to a Healthier You. Personalize your own calendar by completing daily wellness activities that focus on a different area of wellness each week: physical, emotional, social, and sense of purpose.

Whether you want to rediscover a previous habit or try something new, the daily activities are up to you! Exploring all four pillars of wellness can help you build a well-balanced routine, discover where you have room for improvement, and more.

CHALLENGE HIGHLIGHTS

  • NEW! Each week will focus on a different pillar of wellness. You have access to a new list of aligned activities, released every Monday. 
  • Keep track of your daily activities via the Givhero app (recommended). Desktop version of the Givhero calendar is also available.
  • Receive weekly emails with challenge updates, raffle winner announcements, and pillar resources to help you enhance your weeks of wellness.
  • Bonus! Each day that you log an activity increases your chances of winning a prize*. One winner will be selected at random weekly to win a choice of $25 in EagleBucks or new AhealthyU swag. At the end of the challenge, two grand prize winners will be selected at random to win $100.

AhealthyU's calendar challenge, Days to a Healthier You, begins March 1! To get started:

Step 1: Complete an online participation waiver. If you already completed an AhealthyU waiver since January 2020, skip this step.

Step 2: Join the challenge by/on March 1 on the Givhero app. 

  • New Givhero user? Tap givhero.page.link/ahealthier-you from your mobile phone, download the Givhero app*, and accept the challenge. Be sure to use your AU email address when creating your account.
    • Computer users, simply click on the link, click on Access the Calendar to Log Activity, and create an account.
  • Returning Givhero user? Tap givhero.page.link/ahealthier-you from your mobile phone and accept the challenge.
    • Computer users, simply click on the link, click on Access the Calendar to Log Activity, and log-in to your account.

Step 3: Start logging your activities beginning March 1.

Note: No advance registration is required to participate in the challenge. All participants must have a Givhero account. Supporting a charity and inviting a sponsor are optional activities. 

*Givhero app users are automatically enrolled to receive push notifications and may opt out at any time.

You can begin recording activities on your calendar beginning on March 1 straight from your mobile device or computer!

Using the Givhero App (recommended): 

To log an activity:

  • Tap on the challenge from your Givhero app dashboard, and then tap the triangular exclamation point icon to log the activity. On the calendar, tap on the plus icon and select your activity. Your entry will save automatically.
  • You have the option to record your activity daily or at the end of each week. Multiple activities can be recorded on the same day. Activities cannot be logged for future dates.
  • User Tip: Tap on the calendar icon on the left side of the screen for easy access to the full March calendar.

To delete an activity:

  • Click on the check mark icon on that specific day and select none.

Using the online desktop calendar:

To log an activity:

  • Click on the plus icon on the day you completed the activity and select the activity from the dropdown menu. Your entry will save automatically.
