This beginners training program will take you from the couch to the finish line of your first 5K in eight weeks! Train twice a week with a coach and fellow faculty and staff members to run an upcoming 5k.
This series of monthly Monday sessions taps into the physical, mental, and spiritual areas of your life that may be unfulfilled. Experts from AU will lead interactive and energizing discussions. Enjoy light snacks and lots of conversation in a safe space while we propel each other on the right paths!

Join anytime and stay committed to your weight loss goals! Weight Watchers at Work currently meets every Thursday at noon on main campus.
