  • Why Weight 8-Week Weight Loss Kick-Start

    February 1st - March 25th

    Improve your overall health and well-being by picking a partner to help kick-start 2016 towards a healthier you. Encourage and support each other through this 8-week program to lose or maintain your current weight.

    Win team, individual, and weekly raffle prizes - CASH prize goes to the team with the most points (prizes subject to tax)

  • Couch to 5k

    February 23rd - April 14th

    This beginners training program will take you from the couch to the finish line in eight weeks! Train with champion athletes twice a week on campus beginning Tuesday, February 23rd. Cost is $30. Register by February 19th.
