  • Steps to AhealthyU Well on Track Pedometer Challenge

    Team up with coworkers to compete against other AU Faculty and Staff, or try to beat your personal step goal, and earn rewards along the way.

    NEW for 2016: CASH prizes for the top TEN competitive stepping teams (subject to tax). New "Well on Track" online platform for easy tracking - no more manual entry!

    Registration is $5 for those with a compatible tracking device, and $15 for those wishing to purchase a device through AhealthyU. Competitive and Non-Competitive Track team registration options available.

    Start forming your team today -- exactly 4 people per team.

    Registration for the 6-week challenge is April 25 - May 13. The Pedometer Challenge officially begins on May 23.

  • Work-Life Integration Recharge Series

    This NEW series of monthly Monday sessions taps into the physical, mental, and spiritual areas of your life that may be unfulfilled. Experts from AU will lead interactive and energizing discussions. Enjoy light snacks and lots of conversation in a safe space while we propel each other on the right paths!

  • Weight Watchers at Work

    Next Open House: Thursday, May 5th | 12:00 pm | MGC 245
    This complimentary session is your chance to see what Weight Watchers is all about before enrolling.

    The next series tentatively begins on Thursday, May 12th. Please note that we MUST reach a minimum of 15 participants for the next series to run. Visit the link below for more information, including details on special reimbursements and offers.

  • Bike To Work Day

    Ever considered biking to work? Not only is it environmentally friendly and a great way to fit in physical activity, but it can save you money too!

    AhealthyU and the Office of Sustainability invite riders to enjoy a complimentary breakfast, giveaways, and raffles. Riders must register in advance and present their helmet for entry.

  • Give Us 15 Minutes, We'll Give You $50


    Complete an online confidential health assessment to get a personalized wellness report!

    All full-time faculty and staff who complete the assessment by May 31 will receive a $50 credit towards an AU Rec Sports membership or $50 in EagleBucks this summer (rewards subject to tax).

    All participants will be entered into a drawing for a Fitbit® Flex™.

    Additional opportunities for the reward will be available in the fall.
