About the Peer Consultants
The Kogod Center for Career Development's Peer Consultants meet with undergraduate students to assist with resumes, cover letters, and utilizing CareerSource. PCs hold scheduled appointments from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and 15 minute walk-in appointments from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Spring 2015 Peer Consultants
Max Almono is a junior in the Kogod School of Business pursuing a double specialization in Finance and Information Systems and Technology. Born in the Dominican Republic, Max is a fluent Spanish speaker and has lived in several places around the United States. Now residing in Massachusetts, Max has interned for companies such as Next Step Living and EnerNoc, a global energy intelligence firm. Last semester Max worked as the Waste Management Analytics Intern, where he monitored American University's diversion rates between composting, recycling and landfill. Outside of school, he is an avid hiker and enjoys traveling. Max is eager to meet with Kogod students and looks forward to giving back to the overall community.
Jonathan Brennan is a Junior in Kogod pursuing a Bachelors of Business Administration with a Finance Specialization along with an Information Technology minor. Jonathan has worked as a Business Development Officer for Solgari Telecommunications, a small Irish start-up, along with interning as a Financial Controller for Aramark Corporations. Jonathan is also involved in Delta Tau Delta fraternity, currently serving as their Vice President. In addition to that, he is enjoys playing the guitar, ukulele, and piano. After spending the Fall 2014 Semester in Sydney, Australia following a Summer semester spent in Dublin, Ireland, Jonathan is excited to finish out the rest of his Junior and Senior year working with the KCCD.
Maeghan Crociata is a senior in the Kogod School of Business pursuing a BSBA with a unique, interdisciplinary specialization in Sports and Entertainment Marketing, and minoring in Communications and Spanish Language. Most recently, Maeghan completed a social/digital media internship with RedPeg Marketing in Alexandria, VA. She has interned in sports and experiential marketing, and when she isn't in class or interning, Maeghan is involved with Alpha Kappa Psi, the professional business fraternity, as well as Sigma Delta Tau, a social sorority. She is also a Resident Assistant for Hughes Hall and plays for the Women's Club Soccer team. Maeghan is excited to work with Kogod students in order to help them achieve their future career aspirations.
Olivia Montague is a senior in Kogod pursuing a BSBA with specializations in Finance and International Business. Olivia has experience working in various fields including finance, international affairs, public policy, and communications, in both Washington, DC and New York City. Most recently, Olivia interned in Ernst & Young's Financial Services Office in NYC. Outside of school she enjoys traveling and running. Olivia is excited to have the opportunity to give back to the Kogod community and work with students to help them reach their career goals.
Eric Moussa is a native of Miami, Florida who hopes to complete his Bachelor of Science in Accounting this May. This year Eric will be applying to master's degree programs in the field of Taxation in order to attain 150 credit hours to sit for the CPA exam. Before joining the KCCD, Eric was an Auditor at the National Institute of Health, as well as a Staff Assistant to his Congressman in the House of Representatives. Eric is excited to return home after graduation to a full-time internship in the Audit practice with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited. Also fluent in Spanish, Eric is eager to aid both domestic and international students in attaining career goals during their time at American.
Greg Pape is a senior in Kogod pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is very involved on campus, and currently serves as the Treasurer of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. Greg has been an avid cyclist and triathlete for over 6 years, having completed over 8 Half Ironman's in that timeframe, with plenty more to come. He also served as President of the club cycling team at AU. Growing up in Wilmington, Delaware, surrounded by the headquarters of many of the world's banks, he developed a passion for corporate banking at a young age. This summer he interned at Protiviti, a global consulting firm based in Manhattan, working in the risk and compliance division. He looks forward to meeting many new Kogod Students.
