Bio
After a long career in banking, construction and consumer products, Jack founded Hollerbach & Associates LLC, in 2000 to provide management support to companies emerging, getting ready to expand or undergoing change. The firm’s activities led to the founding of HarVest Bank of Maryland in 2003, where Jack developed the vision, business plan and organization of the Bank as the founding CEO. After growing the Bank to nearly $240 Million in assets within five years, the impact of the recession on residential and commercial real estate loans originated by others led the Bank to seek a recapitalization. Hollerbach returned in early 2011 to a full time role at the consulting firm after a change in control filing by the bank's new investors.

Jack has been the Chief Financial Officer of public and private companies in several fields. He has had substantial banking experience with Citibank, Maryland National, and Bank of Baltimore, First Fidelity/First Union, and has been an Adjunct Professor of Finance at American University and the Johns Hopkins MBA Program. He earned BBA and MBA degrees at the Iona College Hagan School of Business, and holds the Certificate in Environmental Studies from Johns Hopkins University. He has served on the boards of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, Pride of Baltimore II, and the Chesapeake Bay Trust, as well as the Maryland Incubator Company of the Year Awards Committee and the TEDCO Working Capital Loan Committee. He has been an active member of the Maryland Chamber, AICPA, KPMG Audit Committee Institute and Maryland Association of CPAs, and a regular attendee at Washington Board of Trade, Montgomery & Howard Chambers, NVTC and Tech Council of Maryland event
