Prof. Golshan Javadian is an Adjunct Professor at American University and a Management Doctoral Candidate at Morgan State University. Prof. Javadian teaches courses related to entrepreneurship and organizational behavior. Her research interests include psychology of entrepreneurship, woman entrepreneurship, relative deprivation and stereotype activation. Prof. Javadian has publications in Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice, Journal of International Entrepreneurship, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Journal, and Women in Management Journal. She is the co-owner/manager of Datis Construction LLC and a member of National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) – Washington, DC Chapter.
