Steve’s education background includes a B.A. from Colgate University with a double major in Economics and Political Science; an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business Administration. Steve holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charters

Bio
Steve has 30 years of finance and investment management experience that includes leading global talent development programs and investment analyst teams. He is a portfolio manager for a publicly-traded mutual fund as well as about $1 billion in client assets. Steve has held key roles with Credit Suisse global private banking, Ameriprise, Calvert Investment Management and Oppenheimer. He started his career as part of a top-ranked investment strategy team before attending the University of Virginia’s Darden business school. He then became a lead sell-side analyst with Oppenheimer before starting a decade-long stint with Credit Suisse Global Private Banking where he oversaw the U.S. Technology research and was deputy head of Americas equities research. Steve took that global thought leadership expertise to Calvert Investment Management where he oversaw the firm’s investment process regarding fundamental equity selection and the integration of material environmental, social and governance (ESG) information with asset valuations.
