Michael Grein, MSRE '15, loves participating in the annual Real Estate Games, co-hosted by Kogod. The event brings together over 115 companies for a day of sports competitions at AU that Type I diabetes research.
For Grein, the event is also about forging and building relationships. "It gives AU students and alumni the opportunity to network with people in the industry, rather than having to reach out via phone or e-mail," Grein says.

Students network with local real estate associations, including the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Students regularly attend networking events, site visits, and listen to guest speakers on campus. Off campus visits have included The Wharf, City Market at O, Cathedral Commons, and an annual real estate trip to NYC.
