The Full-time MBA's 26 credit-hour core is completed in the first year, allowing for flexibility and the exploration of internships, 23 credit-hours of electives, and more extracurricular activities in the second year.
During the first two semesters of the program, students attend classes and workshops three mornings and one afternoon per week. The summer between the first and second year is available for internships, international travel, or additional coursework opportunities.

The second year of the program is dedicated to the exploration of elective courses. Students may pursue a specialized consulting focus, developed with leading federal and commercial consulting firms, to prepare for consulting in human capital, finance, IT or strategy.

Alternatively, students may choose to investigate electives with an emphasis on accounting, entrepreneurship, sustainability management, or other business disciplines. A third option is to focus elective choices on refining soft skills, such as team building and motivational management.
