Beyond the Basics: Impactful teaching with Blackboard tools

Do you feel like you have a good grasp on how to use Blackboard, but are curious about its more advanced features? Then join E-Learning and CTRL at this workshop series and take your course Beyond the Basics!

This series of three workshops will highlight how you can combine best practices in online pedagogy with Blackboard's technological tools to create a dynamic online learning experience, whether that is to enhance your face-to-face classes or support a fully online environment. You will learn strategies for designing and supporting effective learning and practice these strategies using Blackboard tools. Topics include: testing in an online environment, creating and using rubrics in Blackboard, and using Blackboard retention and attendance tools to monitor at-risk students.

Workshops will take place on Oct 16th, Oct 30th, and Nov 13th. If you are interested in attending, please RSVP below to learn more about each workshop being offered. Please RSVP by October 10th, 2018.
