Summer with Sine at American University: A Conversation with Andy Slavitt

Andy Slavitt, Former Senior Advisor to the Biden Administration COVID Response, will join Amy Dacey, executive director of the Sine Institute of Policy & Politics at American University, for a virtual conversation about Mr. Slavitt’s book “Preventable: The Inside Story of How Leadership Failures, Politics, and Selfishness Doomed the U.S. Coronavirus Response,” the U.S. response to the COVID pandemic, and how America must respond to public health emergencies of the future.

This virtual discussion is the opening event of the annual Summer with Sine series.
