E.A.G.L.E. Certificate Program

The E.A.G.L.E Certificate Program is currently under review and will resume again in the Spring 2019 semester. Thank you for your patience and please reach out to with any questions.

The E.A.G.L.E. (Educating Allies and Generating Leaders for Equity) Certificate Program is a professional development opportunity for students, faculty, and staff to continue their social justice education. The workshops and programs that are part of the E.A.G.L.E. Certificate aim to answer questions about:

  • Allyship - how can I change my language and behavior to be more inclusive?
  • Identity - what are ways I can support specific communities on campus and in my life? How do I start to better understand how intersecting identities and intersectionality play into how I should think about inclusion and diversity on campus?
  • Privilege - what are ways my identities give me access to support, resources, and other experiences that folks with other identities don't get? How is this access and privilege ingrained in our society?

To obtain the certificate, participants complete a series of workshops/programs offered by CDI. There's no charge to participate in the certificate program and it is open to all!
