Encompassing premier summer conference operations, residential services, and technology and communication, we strive to promote an inclusive and welcoming environment that showcases American University.
Here at American University, we offer a "One Stop Shop Philosophy." Our team is here to coordinate most aspects of your conference, including:
- Housing accommodations for Individuals or Groups as large as 1000 participants, including conference guests,interns, current students, and Washington Semester students
- Meal Plans, Dining options, and EagleBucks are available for conference guests
- Meeting Space for Groups of 5 to 600
- Event Space for Groups of 5 to 1000+
- Audio Visual Equipment and Support
- Fitness Center Access - at no additional charge for residential conference guests
- Shuttle Service - at no additional charge for conference guests
- Wireless Internet Access - at no additional charge for residential conference guests.
