Sophomore, junior, and senior students do not have a centralized/coordinated check-in process or assigned arrival times. Students may check-in anytime between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Thursday, August 22^nd through Sunday, August 25th. Limited check-in support is available after 5 p.m. 

Check-In Location:  

Returning students should check in at their community front desk. 

Move-In Day Logistics:  

•  Follow all posted signage, traffic signals, and traffic signs unless instructed differently by a staff member or AUPD/Parking Officer. 
• Parking staff will be available on-campus and will provide direction for parking locations.  
• You must stop at the front desk of your assigned building to verify your assignment, formally check-in, and collect your mail key. 
• A limited number of move-in carts will be available for you to check-out. Remember to return your moving cart as soon as all items are unloaded. Do not start unpacking until your car has been relocated and you have returned your moving cart.
