RHA has a budget set aside that is for collaborations and co-sponsorship of programs for recognized student organizations on campus. Clubs/Student Organizations can complete a Grant Request Form, RHA Finance Committee regularly review the submissions and approve/deny based on the Grant Rubric.
The RHA VP of Finance and Administration (VPAF) will contact you to discuss the event and request any additional details if needed. Please give them 48- 72 business hours to respond. If the request is $500 or over you will be required to present the request at an RHA General Meeting. If the request is under $500, the request will go to the Finance Committee. If your request is under $500, submit your request at latest the Friday a week before, if it over $500, submit it at latest the Friday two weeks before.
For AU Club Council Co-Sponsorship (aka if you are asking for RHA and AU Club Council for funding) you must follow the Event Check list as specified on the AU Club Council website . Organizations should be submitting the AU Club Council fund request and RHA fund request at the same time.
Funds will not be JE transferred until the event has taken place and copies of all receipts have been provided to the Grant Completion form. Events sponsored must have the RHA logo on promotional material.
