We offer the following residence hall options and amenities:

Traditional Hall Style Accommodations (available May 10th – August 15th) 

Single Occupancy: $355.00 per week
Double Occupancy: $290.00 per week 

Suite Style Accommodations (available June 1st- August 15th) 

Single Occupancy: $365.00 per week
Double Occupancy: $300.00 per week  

Apartment Style Accommodations (available May 23rd- August 15th) 

Single Occupancy: $375.00 per week 

There is a two week minimum stay and a $200 deposit upon housing application. 



Dining Rates a la carte 

Breakfast: $8.00 per person 

Lunch: $12.00 per person 

Dinner: $13.50 per person 


50 Block Meal Plan with $225 in Eaglebucks: $880.00 

25 Block Meal Plan with $225 in Eaglebucks: $555.00 

25 Block Meal Plan with $100 in Eaglebucks: $430.00

Payment Information

All Charges Billed to Student Accounts: For AU Students and Washington Semester Students, all summer housing charges are billed to your student account. Summer housing balances will be charged to student accounts after the start of summer classes; however, deposits are billed immediately after receipt of application and license agreement. No cash, check or credit card transactions will be accepted for AU summer students or Washington Semester Students.

Deposit: A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to reserve a space in a residence hall. As previously mentioned, your deposit will be billed immediately after we receive your application and license agreement. The $200 deposit is applied to your total housing balance due.

Cancellations: All housing cancellations must be made in writing or by e-mail to Phone cancellations will not be honored. Reminder: If you cancel your summer housing, the $200 deposit charge will remain on your student account.

Extensions, Early Check-Outs, and No-Shows: All extensions must be requested in writing at Extensions will be granted on a space available basis, and you may be required to move to a different room and/or hall to accommodate the extension.
