Online On Time - IT Onboarding Program Launches for New Staff

What does every new employee need as soon as they start work? You guessed it, a computer, a desk telephone, and basic access to the network and email. Learn about the partnership between the Office of Information Technology and Human Resources to develop a new process for the way newly hired full-time staff obtain basic IT access, so they can get up and running on their first day of employment.

Don't Rush to Upgrade to Windows 8

Have the television commercials for Windows 8 got you eager to upgrade, now that it has been released? The Office of Information Technology would like to caution against immediately upgrading your personal computer, as there will inevitably be compatibility issues with some applications and support will be limited. AU will plan to migrate AU-owned workstations in the future.
