Michele E. Haertel
Michele Haertel leads Spencer Stuart's Education, Nonprofit & Government Practice, as well as the Academia & Research Practice. Her search efforts focus on leadership positions in research universities, liberal arts colleges, independent schools, and nonprofit organizations.
Michele brings a wealth of nonprofit and corporate experience to the search process and has served on multiple nonprofit boards and advisory committees. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Holy Cross College.

Mary holds a master's degree from the School of Management at Yale University and a bachelor's degree in French from Middlebury College.
