Bio

Marissa Hill Daley is a member of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), regulatory, healthcare, and consumer products practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Her practice focuses on advising clints on a variety of matters in the healthcare regulatory space, internal investigations, and compliance with government investigations. She also assists clients in defending against whistleblower qui tam suits involving the False Claims Act and the Anti-Kickback Statute. Professor Hill Daley previously served as Senior Counsel in the Office of Counsel to the Inspector General for the Department of Health & Human Services, where she advised on criminal and administrative investigations, as well as on Congressional affairs. Earlier in her career, she worked in investigations at another major DC law firm, prior to which she served as a judicial law clerk at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
