Kelvin is the Information Technology Service Management Director for the Office of Information Technology at American University. He has over 26 years of experience working in Education and over 22 of those years as an IT professional. In his current position, Kelvin is responsible for overseeing the IT Service Management, including onsite support, service management, and asset management. During his tenure, Kelvin served as a member of AU's Staff Council and chaired the Council from 2006 to 2007.
