- Kernysha Rowe hails from Birmingham, England. She joined the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution Services in 2019. Prior to AU, she served as the Assistant Director of Student Conduct & Community Standards at UMBC. Kernysha's background includes over ten years of higher education experience including admissions, residence life, student activities, and leadership development. Kernysha received a B.S. in Public Relations from Florida International University, an MBA from The University of Phoenix, an M.A.Ed in Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University and is pursuit of a Ph.D in Higher Education Administration from Morgan State University.
