Bio
Marilena (she/her/hers) is a dedicated professional with experience in both K-12 and Higher Education. She holds an MAT in Secondary Education with a concentration in History from Georgia College as well as a BA in History from the University of Georgia.
She has conducted original research on the topics of Irish Nationalism, as well as Inclusive Education for Middle Grades Students. She is passionate about the field of education and building connections with both colleagues and students.
