Samantha Green is originally from Los Angeles, California. Since arriving at American University in 2008, she has served the university community in various capacities. She currently serves as Director of Student-Community Relations for the Student Government, and as the student representative on the Neighborhood Liaison Committee. Over the past year, she has worked with Penny Pegano, AU Director of Community Relations, to become the ANC Commissioner for the 3D07 Single-Member District. She has plans to study abroad in China next spring and ultimately enroll in the B.A./M.A. program for Political Science.
