Cedric James

Cedric James is a second year Justice & Public Policy MS student in the School of Public Affairs at American University. Prior to joining JPO, Cedric graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) with a minor in Criminal Justice. He is committed to issues surrounding the criminal justice system in regards to mass incarceration, community policing, and criminal justice reform.  Upon completion of the MS program, Cedric will pursue advocating for criminal justice reform through policy & research to reduce mass incarceration while implementing safer law enforcement practices to improve community policing.
