Julia Marrone

BA - Psychology

Hi there! My name’s Julia and I am originally from Atlantic City, NJ. I’m a junior studying psychology with minors in education studies and public anthropology. I’m very excited to be a peer advisor this year while continuing my work as a tutor with the Academic Support and Access Center. I am also the Vice-President of AU Independent Arts Collective, a collaborative club that brings artists of all sorts to campus. Over the summer, I worked with a DC nonprofit called BroadFutures, where I mentored young adults with learning differences through internships. One day, I hope to work in the educational psychology field to help make public schools more accessible for students with learning and behavioral disorders. In my free time, I like to explore new areas of the city, go to the National Zoo, and play with my cat named Mamacita.
