Michael Donovan
Public Administration
Michael Donovan is currently a Ph.D. student at the Department of Public Administration and Policy. He is focusing on bureaucratic decision-making and American Indian participation in environmental policy. Prior to arriving at American University, Michael received his Bachelors degree in Law, Jurisprudence and Social Thought from Amherst College and his Masters in Public Administration at Cornell University. He is a part-time research assistant for the Center for Environmental Policy.
