Pamela J. Riis works as the Program Associate for the Women & Politics Institute and has done so since May of 2010. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from American University in 2010 with a B.A. in Anthropology and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and received the undergraduate certificate in Women, Policy & Political Leadership (WPPL) from the Women & Politics Institute. During much of her undergraduate career she was employed in the Sociology Department of American University. Pamela is very passionate about advocating for women and their participation in the political arena.
