Stephen Banea

Stephen has had many roles during his seven years at American University, including an undergrad student, a graduate student, a staff member of the University Library and the Student Health Center, and most recently as Quality Assurance Analyst at Student Accounts. <br /><br />As a Quality Assurance Analyst, Stephen is responsible for replying to the Student Accounts general e-mail address, studentaccounts@american.edu, manages the staff and dependent tuition remission program, audits tuition assessments for accuracy, manages the Student Accounts website and provides resolution for billing appeals. <br /><br />Stephen is from New York City, and has a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies with a minor in Studio Art, and will be receiving a Master of Public Administration from American University.
