Valeriya Minakova
MA - Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages
Valeriya is a second-year student in American University's MA TESOL Program. She first became interested in teaching at the age of 5 when she tried to teach her younger sibling how to read and write. Seventeen years later, she graduated from Moscow State University in Russia with a degree in English Philology and Teaching English. She is also studying Dutch and is very excited about Dutch culture.
