Modern Art: Nineteenth and Twentieth Centuries FA1 (3) Introduction to the art of the modern period, primarily in Europe. Presents major artists in aesthetic, cultural, historical, and political contexts and addresses issues of avant garde change, critical imagination, and gender difference in relation to expanding conceptions of creative self-expression.
