Mortgage Finance (3) Impact of the national economy on real estate; application of macroeconomics (GNP, consumer spending, inflation, interest rates, and other data) to housing and commercial property; mortgage market analysis, including ARMs and creative financing, secondary mortgage markets, MBSs, CMOs, and other new developments in real estate finance. Prerequisite: FIN-365.
