Constitutional Law I: Powers and Federalism (3)

Course Level: Undergraduate

The nature of constitutionalism and the role of constitutional interpretation; judicial power and review. Supreme Court decisions and their effect on the development of the American political system. Usually offered every term. Prerequisite: GOVT-105 or GOVT-110. Restriction: minimum 2.5 GPA.
