American University Personal Training Workshop

This workshop helps provide the knowledge to pass the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer Certification Exam and give you the skills to work as a Personal Trainer. You will learn the basics of exercise science, fitness program design, and how to teach and adjust exercises. Workshop participants receive a discount on their NASM exam and study material.

When: Mondays from 6-8pm. September 11 - November 13.

Women on Weights

Women on Weights

Join us for three introductory classes for women in the weight room. Sessions are October 4, 11, and 18 at 5:30-7:00pm.

Meet at the Cassell Fitness Center.

Small Group Training

Small Group Personal Training is a great way to workout with friends and family. If you have a group of three to six people who would like to work out together, fill out our Personal Training request form and select "Small Group Training."
