How to Apply
To apply, please download and complete the application. Please ask a teacher or counselor to complete the recommendation form and submit it to you in a sealed envelope.
The completed application, along with an unofficial high school transcript, a $250 nonrefundable deposit*, and the sealed recommendation form should be sent by May 1 to the following address:
*The deposit will be refunded if the application is not accepted.
Note: Your teacher or counselor may also scan and email the recommendation form to firstname.lastname@example.org in lieu of providing it to you in a sealed envelope. The application may also be scanned and emailed to email@example.com or faxed to 202-885-2494.
