Bio
Linda Rabben is an anthropologist and human rights advocate who has done field research and worked with NGOs in Brazil, the United States and Britain. She organized the conference "Chico Vive: The Legacy of Chico Mendes and the Global Grassroots Environmental Movement," which took place April 4-6, 2014, at SIS. Currently she is doing research on immigration, refugee and asylum issues in the United States and other countries for the second edition of her book, "Give Refuge to the Stranger."
