Location: Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India
Content Area: Distress migration, human security, natural resource management, sustainable rural development, capacity building for microfinance and selfhelp-promoting institutions, regional and international NGO cooperation, economic empowerment, and self-determination of marginalized groups
Position: Two (2) Interns; interns are required to bring their own laptop
Preferred Skills: Project development experience, skills in research, documentation, and quantitative data analysis
Past Projects: Gained exposure to network mode of working; completed a research study entitled “Role of Non-governmental Organizations in International Norm Diffusion: Experience from Odisha, India.”
Dates and Hours: Approximately 6 weeks; 5 days/week, 5-6 hours/ day
