One way the school can do better to advance their DEI mission is to fund organizations that promote DEI, specifically the Black Athlete Coalition.

Inclusive Excellence at AU
What I believe the school should do to advance their DEI mission, is to recognize that there are many people here in need of a voice for themselves. There are so many perspectives that should be realized. The school should encourage those people to tell their stories, to make sure that other people like them don't feel alone.
