Bio: Jesse joined the Advising Team at AU in 2021 and is extremely enthusiastic about working with the students and staff. Shortly after graduating from Mount Ida College in 2017, he spent some months living in Thailand teaching English to secondary school students. Since his return in late 2018, Jesse continued to teach English as a Second Language in New Jersey and Virginia, working primarily with adult international students from across the globe. Along with teaching, he was also an academic advisor and plans to transfer his knowledge and experience to higher education. He is currently working towards a master’s degree in International Education. His primary focus is bringing out the best versions of every student and is passionate about helping students to find their purpose and achieve their goals. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, walking his pug Daisy, and traveling to new places.
