Current Responsibilities

I lead the Urban Waters Federal Partnership on the staff of the Office of Wetlands, Oceans, and Watersheds at EPA. The Partnership has fostered the creation of 19 local urban watershed partnerships and national federal and public-private partnerships to clean up waterways and surrounding lands and to spur economic development and revitalize communities. The Partnership includes hundreds of innovative leaders from across EPA and its 10 Regional Offices, as well as the US Department of Agriculture, and US Department of the Interior. I entered federal service as a Presidential Management Fellow.
