Bio
Professor Bagwell served in the United States Army and Air Force with over 20 years of service. During his military career, he served in Europe, Korea, Southwest Asia, Alaska, and several areas stateside. Professor Bagwell has worked in federal civil service and corporate capacities in various Information Technology roles. He was an Adjunct Professor in Cyber Security at Brighton College. Course Developer and Adjunct Professor in Public Safety and Homeland Security at Ivy Tech Community College, and also Program Mentor for Cyber Security at Western Governors University. Professor Bagwell has prior law enforcement experience as a Deputy Sheriff and detective working in criminal investigations with the Marion County Sheriff’s Department in Indianapolis Indiana. Professor Bagwell is the Vice-Chair of the City of Winter Haven Florida’s Smart City Advisory Board and also a member of Winter Haven Police Leadership Advisory Council.
