Bio
Mr. Ira H. Schoen is a long-time proponent of pro-active policing. He is currently a registered Private Investigator in Virginia and a security consultant. Prior to these pursuits, Mr. Schoen was a Federal Risk Manager and sworn officer who worked for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Department of Defense, the U.S. Customs Service, and the U.S. Information Agency. He retired in 2005 at the GM 14 LTC/05 equivalent level after 30 years of public service.
