Bio
Dr. Bauback Yeganeh’s consulting work focuses on organizational change initiatives for U.S. and international organizations. Dr. Yeganeh teaches theory and practice associated with social construction, appreciative inquiry, green OD, and cognitive behavioral approaches to leadership development. Dr. Yeganeh is also an Adjunct Professor at Elon University’s MBA program, teaching a course on the consulting process. He is an Affiliate Instructor at Case Western Reserve University, and a Project Adviser at Duke University's Sustainability Initiative. He holds a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University, M.S. in organization development from American University, and B.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from University of Maryland. Dr. Yeganeh is an accredited consultant for the Emotional-Social Competence Inventory (ESCI), an author of forward thinking articles on organizational change, a guitarist, and music producer.
