Jen Daulby, Principal, Ogilvy Government Relations

A skilled government affairs and communications strategist, Daulby has extensive legal and policy experience and has provided analysis of complex federal issues for members of Congress and Congressional committees. In her prior role as minority staff director for the House Administration Committee, she drove a proactive agenda and coordinated high-profile operations with a commitment to bipartisan outreach. She oversaw legislative branch operations during the pandemic, insurrection, and inauguration in addition to on-boarding 48 new members of the 2021 House freshman class. Previously, she served as chief of staff to Rep. Rodney Davis (R-IL-13) and was a key figure in his re-election during a time of heightened political stratification. During her more than 10 years on Capitol Hill, Daulby also served as counsel for both Rep. Steve Chabot (R-OH-1) and the House Agriculture Committee.

Daulby's time in government is paired with robust private sector experience at two Fortune 500 companies. Early in her career, she served as led government affairs for both Monsanto and Land O'Lakes, where she developed lobbying strategies in a variety of issue areas including intellectual property, food, and agriculture policy.

Daulby earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Eastern Illinois University and a law degree from Southern Illinois University.

Daulby spoke at the November 2022 training session.
