Nicole Martin
INFORMATION JUSTICE FELLOW

Nicole graduated from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. She is from Los Angeles and is licensed to practice law in California. She started her LLM in Spring 2021and is an Information Justice Fellow in the Program. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology Law and Society at the University of California Riverside. She is passionate about social justice, public service, and intellectual property. She is fascinated by innovation, inventions, and creativity. Nicole has experience in a variety of fields of law having interned with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Los Angeles Public Defender’s Office, New Orleans Civil District Court, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, ASU Innovation Clinic, and the U.S. House Judiciary Committee Intellectual Property Subcommittee.
